OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly, so you can put your or Rambler® to good use sooner.
UK SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks of receiving payment. In peak periods this may be extended, however we always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will then be notified of the tracking information.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The cost for delivery is a flat rate of £25.00 per order.
The delivery estimate for the working days is from the moment you receive your dispatch confirmation.
"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
OUR RETURN POLICY
YETI does not accept returns or exchanges on personalised products. All sales of personalised products are final.
