Which Drinkware products are available for customisation?

Does my order have to be in the same style or colour?
It is possible to order up to a maximum of 3 colours or styles per order as long as this keeps to the relevant pack size.
Can I personalise each Bottle?
Due to the volume of orders in production, unfortunately Corporate Sales does not offer individual personalisation of each drinkware.
Why can’t I order an odd number of Tumblers?
We work in pack sizes of 6 for drinkware size 10oz – 24oz and pack size of 4 for size 25oz +. Your order will automatically jump to the next whole pack size.
Can I order a seasonal colour?
Seasonal colours are exclusive to online and wholesale purchases with limited availability. For Corporate Sales engraving, our available core colours for you to choose from are shown on the store.
Do you offer samples?
We provide pre-production digital proofs for all custom orders placed. Production does not start until you approve that proof and payment has been received. We are also happy to help you place an order for single units at full retail cost if physical samples are required. All orders are subject to current production time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our current lead time is up to 3 weeks, from receipt of payment to delivery. Please note that this may increase during peak seasons.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Full payment is required at order placement. We accept payment by all major credit cards. If you wish to pay via an alternative payment method, please contact us directly at Corporate Sales.
Can I cancel, make changes to, or return my order?
To make sure that your customisation is just right, we will provide a high-quality digital proof for your approval prior to producing your order. Customisation will not start until approval and payment has been received. Once an order has been produced, we are unable make any changes. We apologise but we are unable to return customised product. Please view our terms and conditions.
Can I add a Blue Light discount to my order?
Blue Light discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted rates.
